In the name of God Amen. I Samuel Drewry of the County of York and Parish of Charles of perfect mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in manner & form following, viz.
Item, I lend to my loving wife Mary all my estate of what kindsoever during her natural life. Item, I give and devise my negroe man Charles to my sons William and Henry Drewry to them and their heirs forever. Item, I give to my son William Drewry one feather bed and furniture to him and his heirs forever. Item, I give to my son Henry Drewry one feather bed & furniture to him and his heirs forever. Item, I give to my daughter Elizabeth Wright my chest of drawer. Item, I give to my son Daniel Drewry one bed & furniture to him and his heirs forever. Item, I give all the rest of my estate after my wife's death to be equally divided among such of my children as what the then living to them and their heirs forever. Lastly, I constitute and appoint my loving wife Mary Drewry my whole and sole Executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me heretofore made. In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this Sixth Day of August 1768
